Terms and Conditions
Following are the Terms and Conditions binding candidates following a course of studies
with TEACH.
TEACH may review and revise these conditions. However, Terms and Conditions stated at
the time of candidate’s registration are the Terms and Conditions that the candidate will be
bound by.
Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions:
“Agreement” |
means the contract between (i) TEACH and (ii) the Candidate

“Candidate” |
means the person subscribing to or undertaking a course of studies via
TEACH; |
“Charges” |
means the administration fees charged by TEACH from the Candidate; |
“Confidential Information” |
means all information, whether written or oral (however recorded),
provided by the disclosing Party to the receiving Party and which (i) is
known by the receiving Party to be confidential; (ii) is marked as or
stated to be confidential; or (iii) ought reasonably to be considered by
the receiving Party to be confidential; |
“Party/Parties” |
means either TEACH or the Candidate or both together |
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

- References to numbered clauses are references to the relevant clause in these Terms
and Conditions;
- Any obligation on any Party not to do or omit to do anything shall include an
obligation not to allow that thing to be done or omitted to be done;
- The headings to the clauses of these Terms and Conditions are for information only
and do not affect the interpretation of the Agreement;
- Any reference to an enactment includes reference to that enactment as amended or
replaced from time to time and to any subordinate legislation or byelaw made under
that enactment; and
- The word ‘including’ shall be understood as meaning ‘including without limitation’.

Registration
- Registration with TEACH is to pursue a course of studies as described in the modules
provided by TEACH
- The Candidate will be bound by these Terms and Conditions herein and TEACH assumes
that the Candidate had provided true and accurate details and information of themselves
and that they will be the person undertaking the course of study.

Registration fees
- Registration fee is the payment charged for the non-refundable course administration fee
leading to respective qualification as stated on the TEACH website
- Registration will complete only upon the payment of the fee.
- TEACH reserves the right to review and change registration fees without advance notice.
However, the Candidate’s liability of payment of fees will be limited to the fee quoted at
the time of registration.

Ownership and Intellectual Property rights
- TEACH will have the rights over all intellectual property disseminated via their website
including course material and contents.
- All intellectual property rights in any materials created or developed by TEACH pursuant
to this Agreement or arising as a result of the provision of the courses provided shall vest
in TEACH.
- If, and to the extent, that any intellectual property rights in such materials vest in the
Candidate by operation of law, the Candidate hereby assigns to TEACH by way of a
present assignment of future rights that shall take place immediately on the coming into
existence of any such intellectual property rights all its intellectual property rights in such
materials (with full title guarantee and free from all third party rights).

Data Protection and Confidentiality
- The policy of TEACH with respect to Data Protection should be read in conjunction with
these Terms and Conditions and their Privacy Policy.

Cancellation by Candidate
- Cancellation period will commence and will be limited to 14 calendar days from the date
of registration.
- The Candidate will notify TEACH via email registrar@teach.eu.com of their intention to
cancel.
- If the cancellation was notified within the 14-calendar day period then TEACH will
release the Candidate from their obligations and no refund will be due to the Candidate.

Cancellation by TEACH
- TEACH reserves the right to cancel a candidate’s registration within a 14 calendar day
period after registration.

TEACH reserves the right to cancel candidate’s registration for following list of reasons
but is not limited to –
- Candidate providing inaccurate personal details
- Candidate is acting as a third party
- Candidate’s failure to adhere to these terms of conditions or other contractual
obligations
- Any other reasons that TEACH may find the Candidate unbefitting to follow
the course. Such reasons will be relayed to the Candidate.

Successful Completion of the course
- TEACH will be the final decision maker of the final award of the qualification
- TEACH will hold no responsibility or accountability if the Candidate fails to complete
the course of studies during the prescribed term of the module.

Dispute Resolution
- TEACH and Candidate shall attempt in good faith to negotiate a settlement to any dispute
between them arising out of or in connection with the Agreement and such efforts shall
involve the escalation of the dispute to an appropriate senior representative of TEACH
and the Candidate or an appointed representative by the Candidate.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved by TEACH and the Candidate within one month of
being escalated as referred to in clause 8.1, the dispute may by agreement between
TEACH and the Candidate be referred to a neutral mediator chosen by agreement
between TEACH and the Candidate. All negotiations connected with the dispute shall be
conducted in confidence and without prejudice to the rights of TEACH and the Candidate
in any further proceedings.
- If TEACH and the Candidate fail to appoint a Mediator within one month or fail to enter
into a written agreement resolving the dispute within one month of the Mediator being
appointed, either TEACH or the Candidate may exercise any remedy it has under
applicable law.

General
- Typographical or other errors or omissions in any literature, course materials, documents
published by or on behalf of TEACH shall be subject to correction by TEACH without
any liability on the part of TEACH.
- No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless made in writing and
agreed by TEACH or by an authorised representative of TEACH
- The invalidity or unenforceability of any condition or sub-clause of these Terms and
Conditions shall not prejudice the validity or enforceability of the residue.
- A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce
any of its provisions which, expressly or by implication, confer a benefit on him, without
the prior written agreement of TEACH.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- The validity, construction and performance of these Terms and Conditions, and all
contractual and non-contractual matters arising out of it, shall be governed by English
law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to which the
Parties submit.
