We will collect your personal information mainly at the time of registration. However, there may be instances when we gather your information :

  • phone conversations with us
  • emails or letters you send to us

We will be using your personal information only for the purposes of registration and as part of running the course of studies that you have enrolled on. We do require and it is essential that we store your personal data to provide our course of studies.

The majority of your information is processed in the UK and European Economic Area (EEA).

We will take all safeguards to store your personal data securely in servers which are in line with data protection responsibilities and obligations. We will keep your personal information only where it is necessary to provide you with our services while you are a Candidate.

You have the following rights which is non-exhaustive

    • to ask for the details of the personal data that we hold of you

    • to ask us not to use your personal data with third parties

    • to delete your personal data

    • not to use for marketing or other promotional purposes
