Academy rules (TEACH)
Article 1 – Scope and purpose
The below rules are established for effective running of the courses and for optimum education benefit for all enrolled candidates through the academic year. The rules cover most aspects of TEACH and Candidate relationship to ensure a mutual understanding of objectives in fulfilling the aims of TEACH courses, conforming to European laws and standards.
Article 2 : Expected candidate Conduct
Enrolled candidates should respect the rules implemented by TEACH throughout their studies. Any behaviour that is manifestly contrary to morality (rudeness, harassment, threats, insults, etc.) may be subject to dismissal pursuant to an inquiry by TEACH.
In particular, candidates are strictly forbidden to:
- Use the services provided by TEACH for illegal purposes,
- Make any commercial use of the information, services and content provided by TEACH,
- To transfer access identifiers to a third party without prior consent and authorization from TEACH
- To disseminate to the public the pedagogical contents or any related activities,
- To behave disrespectfully towards any staff member or another candidate either verbally or in writing.
Article 3 – Reprimands
Any breach of the foregoing and any other action considered by TEACH to be unlawful or unacceptable, depending on its nature and seriousness, will be subject to one or other of the sanctions indicated below:
- Written warning by TEACH management providing the training;
- Temporary or permanent suspension of access to all or part of the services offered by TEACH (courses, etc.)

- Temporary exclusion from the courses.
- Permanent exclusion from the courses.
Article 4 – Registration fees
If a registered candidate withdraws from or is excluded from the course, no registration fee will be refunded.
Article 5 – Integrity of Signatures and Diploma Modifications
5.1 Any official document issued by TEACH, bearing the signature of the chancellor, vice-chancellor, or any other staff member, is considered an authentic and binding piece
5.2 To preserve the integrity of TEACH staff signatures, it is strictly prohibited to reproduce, copy, imitate, or use any unauthorized copy of the diploma or the signature of the chancellor, vice-chancellor, or any other TEACH staff member, whether on physical or electronic documents.
5.3 Any violation of this clause will be treated with the utmost severity, and TEACH reserves the right to pursue legal action.
5.4 Candidates are informed that any unauthorized copy of a signature, whether used for fraudulent, misleading, or any other reprehensible purpose, will result in sanctions, including potential permanent exclusion from the program, without prejudice to any legal actions that may be taken.
5.5 TEACH will take necessary measures to implement security mechanisms to prevent signature falsification, and any candidate aware of such an attempt is obligated to report it immediately to the competent TEACH staff.
5.6 Candidates are also responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of official documents containing signatures of TEACH staff, and negligence in this regard may be subject to appropriate sanctions.
